The Church of Saint Mark and All Saints

The Church of Saint Mark and All Saints in Galloway, NJ, commonly referred to as SMAS, is an Episcopal Church and a mission of the Episcopal Diocese of New Jersey. The current building was designed in 1983 to be accessible to all, from the parking lot to the altar.

The church is a result of a merger between two congregations: St. Mark's Church in Pleasantville and All Saints Church in Atlantic City. This union reflects the combined efforts and traditions of both communities, aiming to serve a broader parish that spans Atlantic County.

Fr. Terrence O'Connor, Jr. serves as the Priest-in-Charge, having first attended the church in 2006 and officially taken on his current role in 2016. He has a background in both education and religious studies, enhancing his role within the church community. Additionally, the church has a team of dedicated clergy and staff who contribute to its vibrant ministry and community outreach programs.

SMAS hosts a variety of community-focused events and groups, including Alcoholics Anonymous, Girl Scouts, and Easter Seals meetings, reflecting its commitment to serving the local community. The church also offers a range of services and programs, such as Sunday School, Holy Eucharist, and Morning Prayer sessions.
